The Trauma Informed Culture Assessment

The Trauma Informed Culture Assessment is an online employee-based

assessment that measures where an organization is based on the Missouri Continuum using an online LIKERT based survey platform.

This assessment provides reports including an overall score, scores in each dimension and indicator, highlights of strength areas, and an in-depth analysis of scores for action planning from provided key action recommendations.

HOW THE ASSESSMENT WAS BUILT: 

Measures are from the Missouri Roundtable Continuum of trauma aware, trauma sensitive, trauma responsive, and trauma informed with alignment to the trauma informed principles of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, empowerment, and an addition of

sustainability.

Individual center report of answers given as "I don't know".

An aggregated report of all centers, comparison report of scores between the first and second assessment, and create reports from filters and location, gender, position, and years employed, etc. 

BENEFITS

Personalized emailed provides the user their own individual link to the assessment and instructions to complete assessment.

Confidential-personal information collected for the purpose of deploying the assessment will not be communicated or disclosed in any matter.

Individual answers are anonymous with easy to use LIKERT scale for scoring indicators. 

Individual user link (URL) eliminates the need for username and passwords.

Personalized reminder emails periodically prompt users who have started the assessment but not finished, and those who have not started.

Users can save their answers and return to where they left off at a later time to finish.
